Return/Exchange Policy

Outfit101 loves a satisfied customer and we also understand things happen. If you are unhappy with your purchase, your purchase is defective, or you just changed your mind Outfit101 will accept returns for up to 14 days. Item must be in the same condition it was in when shipped. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags still attached. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or an odor will be denied for refund or store credit.

Up to 7 days from the original date of your purchase, eligible items will recieve refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Up to 14 days from the original date of your purchase, eligible items will receive store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Clearance items and accessories are a final sale.

To initiate your return, contact us via email at info@shopoutfit101.com to request a return authorization. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund or store credit will be applied. Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used at the point of purchase. Store credits are good for 1 year.
